Students are encouraged to apply online for the quickest processing.  Please be aware that online applications are not available between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM U.S. Mountain Time.

You can submit your application electronically by using the web panels to fill out the information and then follow the directions at the end to submit. Submitting your application electronically does not ensure it will be processed. For an application to be processed you must send your payment by the deadline to guarantee processing.

International Students please be aware that you may apply directly to the University of Utah. It is not necessary to go through a private agent or pay additional fees to apply.

Please note:  To be considered for scholarships and financial aid, you must also submit separate applications for scholarships and financial aid.  These applications can be found at www.sa.utah.edu/finance/.  In addition, it is very important to include your Social Security Number and a physical mailing address on your Application for Admission.  The University of Utah Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships will use Social Security Numbers to verify your identity and match data.  The processing of any Federal Student Aid requires a physical mailing address for the student.


Instructions for Downloading Applications:

  1. To download an application: Adobe Acrobat Reader software needs to be on the computer used to download a pdf document.  This software is FREE.
